Match Report
Match Report - 26 Sep 2010, Maclay Football Club Red beat Pitstone & Ivinghoe
This was a fine performance from Maclay Red as the whole team played really well in the unrelenting rain. Maclay were slightly unlucky not to lead at half time but they were unable to turn possession and neat football into goals. Man of the Match Jack Wiggs opened the scoring with a great shot from outside the box just after the break but Pitstone responded immediately with a superb individual goal from their top player. Chris Heath scored from Calum Alexander's corner to give Maclay the lead again before debutant James Manners added a third goal fifteen minutes from the end to seal the match.
